The Law Of Process and Navigation

This week my class read about the law of  process and navigation. The law of process explain that to accomplish anything you need to be willing to put in the time and effort to achieve your goal. Consistency and dedication lead to success. I know this is true because in my life I have applied it to school and sports. I think being consistent is ultimately what will determine whether you reach your goal or not. Another law important to success is the law of navigation. The law of navigation says that people need to know in which direction they are going. People need a plan. They must be well thought out plans. You need to do your research and use your past experiences. People who have these two laws down will have a greater influence on people.

Leadership Lid and Influnce

This week we read about the leadership lid in John Maxwell's The 21 Irrefutable Laws Of Leadership. Your leadership lid is dependent on your success dedication and leadership ability. As a senior in high school, I know that I have some influence over my peers. I think your work ethic is important so people will follow you. If other people see you work hard, they will most likely follow you. Relationships are also very important. You should treat everyone with respect and make sure you make a connection with people. I know I am not a natural leader, but I hope by working on my character, relationship, knowledge, intuition, and using my experience I will become an influential leader.
